Public Sector Politics

The timing of this website is coincidental, next year, 2024, will be election year, May or September?  There is an irony in that a major issue in Government currently is dealing with illegal immigration.  The Conservatives have a clear plan which may, or may not, work. Whilst Labour currently take the line that the early and efficient processing of asylum seekers is the key and the answer to the problem.  The question is, ‘can and will the Labour Party force the civil servants to comply and deliver efficient and good service to their customers’.

Our question to both parties is ‘how about the abysmal service meted out by the whole of the public sector, not just immigration’?   Can Labour (and / or the Conservatives) promise to substantially improve service or demand heads will roll.    Everything will get better if that promise is upheld.  It will make the UK great again!
